I have always loved fitness and sports. I grew up playing sports since i was very young so it became part of my identity . Having children changes your life forever and you sacrifice a lot to take care of them. Fitness was the one thing as a mother I held on to as my ME time. My children are my world and if I am going to be away from them then it will be doing something I love! 

I am a mom of 3 boys (Bennett 4 years old, Owen 2 years old, Sully 5 months old). I am a certified personal trainer, pre and post natal specialist, and postnatal fitness specialist through JMG fitness consulting. I have also completed Hypopressives Level I through Hypopressives Canada, and several courses through Julie Weibe and Athony Lo. I am also currently working on completing a course through Brianna Battles for pregnancy and postpartum athletes.

I am a lover of athletics and helping women not only feel great in their bodies, but for them to feel great and energized in their everyday activities that can be taxing on a busy mom.
